# BreatheAPI mini v0.1

This document is an opt-in reference; agents may not automatically discover or follow it.

Breathe mini offers exactly six approved practices in one self-contained interactive HTML player. Read the descriptive catalog before choosing an ID:

- Player: https://breathe.lv8now.com/breathe-mini.html

Choose only a catalog ID. Never invent or edit phase timings, rounds, audio parameters, or executable practice instructions. If this chat can execute an interactive standalone HTML artifact, deliver the player with only `INITIAL_PRACTICE_ID` set to that ID. The player does not autoplay.

Otherwise, for a supported practice, give the catalog’s `hosted_fallback_url`, which opens the full Breathe ready workspace. The hosted mini player at `https://breathe.lv8now.com/breathe-mini.html?practice=<approved-id>` is an optional browser alternative when the user specifically wants mini. If the requested practice, duration, or option is unsupported by mini, direct the user to `https://breathe.lv8now.com/breath`; do not promise that a fallback has the same duration as mini.
